Ace PLUS (Adult) Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

Proof of residency and age verification will be required at time of purchase.
Season passes are valid between March 2026 - November 2026. Course opening and closing dates will be determined based on weather and course conditions.
Senior rates are for ages 62 and older. Junior rates are for children aged 8-15.
PLUS season passes include one seat only and do not entitle the pass holder to the second seat in the cart. The second seat in the cart may be assigned to another player by District Staff.
PLUS season passes do not guarantee and/or reserve a golf cart. Golf carts are rented out by tee time priority during busy times.
Individuals with a TRAIL season pass must follow the same cart restrictions as everyone else. These restrictions include but are not limited to keeping golf carts off greens, tees, and any other sensitive area of the golf course, staying on the cart path near tees, and keeping carts 15 yards away from the green.
Ace and Birdie season passes are valid at both River Heights and Buena Vista.
Golf Season Passes may not be used for outings and/or special events. Outings and special events are defined as a contractual relationship between the DeKalb Park District and another party.
